Izaicinājums
The building had several HVAC systems with limited centralized control. Equipment operation was difficult to manage, and energy use was hard to optimize. The goal was to collect reliable energy data, reduce consumption, improve ventilation control, and optimize chiller operation.
Risinājums
Intellify optimized heating unit control and introduced service monitoring for key systems. A digital twin approach was used for air handling units to simulate energy-saving strategies. Remote control automation was implemented for schedules, productivity control, and heat output regulation based on measured temperature conditions. The chiller was also automated and connected for remote operation.
Rezultāti
Energy consumption and CO₂ emissions were reduced while maintaining a high indoor climate standard. Air handling unit productivity and operating time were reduced without compromising comfort. The solution also improved heat pump efficiency and helped detect technical issues faster.
