The building’s ventilation systems operated independently, with no centralized BMS in place to bring equipment management into one environment. This made it more difficult to access equipment status and operating modes from a single location and limited opportunities for remote supervision. The goal was to connect the different systems, simplify HVAC management, and create continuous visibility into equipment operation and electricity consumption.

Intellify connected the building's ventilation equipment into one centralized system, providing remote access to equipment controls and a unified view of operating status and modes. Electricity consumption data from the grid operator was also integrated to provide greater visibility into building energy use. Automated alerts were introduced to identify deviations from normal equipment operation, helping the team detect potential issues earlier and respond before they become larger operational problems.

The project gave Playtech centralized visibility and remote control of its ventilation systems without requiring a traditional BMS. Equipment that previously had to be managed separately can now be monitored through one system, while energy data and automated operational alerts provide a clearer picture of building performance. The solution also reduces the need for manual equipment checks and helps the team identify abnormal operation faster.
